I started my day with a positive mindset despite my persistent leg pain. As usual, I kicked off with my morning routine: an invigorating exercise session, followed by meditation to centre my mind. These morning rituals have been my anchor, helping me stay focused and resilient throughout this challenge.
Today was particularly tough because I had to shoot all day for my work. Balancing work and this challenge can be gruelling, especially when physical pain is involved. At the shoot, my colleague Ganesh offered to massage my leg, hoping to provide some relief. What followed was more torture than pain! It was a reminder that sometimes, well-intentioned actions don’t always yield the desired results.
