Very cool. Have you considered putting your face on your streams? Might help people relate to you and build that connection. Also, I like that you don't force commentary in the videos.

I have in the past! I just don't do it when i'm in public. I plan to include my face in the videos once im done rearranging my workspace

Neovim isn't an instant productivity boost. It can be, but you shouldn't adopt it because you think it will make you a better developer imo. I think its a great tool and I enjoy it because its fun to use and configure! I would recc trying out vim motions on your editor to see if its something that you would enjoy. Hope you find a job soon!
