God do I wish the show wasn't canon, it's well made but it's like Todd decided to go take Gramama's china and smash it with a sledgehammer for fun. It's a kick in the balls for anyone who is a fan of the Pre-Bethesda Fallout games, who watched the rise of Shady Sands from game to game, and who had it kind of become their baby, and for anyone who cared about central tension in New Vegas. It does entirely make the battle of Hoover Dam pointless if 6 months later, no matter who won, half of California is an irradiated wasteland, the legion is in pieces, and New Vegas is in Ruins. Which, by the end shot it looks like. Possibly not, but it looks like it is.

It just should not have been set on the west coast and the reason the producers gave for that is such horseshit.

Haha glad you like it! I think this one is my favorite so far. Had a lot of fun rewriting the lyrics to suit the NCR. And I didn't intend for it to be a rock song at first but it turned out too good to pass up. That is one neat thing about making music this way -- hearing it play in different genres just like that.

I wonder if it was Todd personally or someone else in the company who shared his opinions who made the decision? I sincerely wish the worst to whichever son of bitch did it. Also just an all-around dumb decision seeing as all it does is make another organization into the encalve, while we already have the enclave and they appear in the show, not to mention it wastes the best writing the series has ever had (New Vegas). They can't use most of the lore around the NCR, legion, and possibly house as preexisting context from now on for anything in the future they put in the west and they seemingly have no one talented enough to replace it.
