Chef David shows you his 16 hour day feeding 500 people with the food truck also the brick and mortar. This is the real deal if you want to see how a chefs day goes by. Behind the scenes if you will.

Holy crap man that's awesome! Tell that soux chef she's the heart and soul of the operation! Really like the insight into the food truck stuff and the time it takes. Much appreciated.

So, so, so, SO much to consider in this business, starting w/menu and necessary equipment (just on the TRUCK!) Having the truck be an extension of a pre-existing brick n mortar has gotta be an advantage. Thanks for giving us a glimpse of that perspective.

Unsolicited suggestion: If you wrap your electric cables "over / under" then you should be able to just toss it and there should not be any kinks, tying up in bunches. Takes seconds to toss a cable and plug it in for power. I hope this helps. Yes, it takes a bit of practice.

Where did you get your truck from? And how did you customize it? My husband and I are doing a food truck once we have enough money to get the basic things we need. We're just gonna do a food stand. Untill we can get a truck.

Buy a cord reel. Hello.....
@rodjava Жыл бұрын
I stopped watching after you started complaining about the tangled cord. It was ok when you pulled it out of the truck and you screwed up un-winding by throwing it on the ground which in a tangled mess. Next time unwind it while it's still in a group and take one one and unwind it slowly.
