my dream job is Plumbing but didn’t have grades I had Some Grades but not the Right ones to get into Plumbing But I found this Place that Will give you The Experience Without needing anything Like Grades or Experience you don’t Need anything they Will give you the Experience this place and when this Course opens again I’m Going to Give it Ago it’s not Open because of this Coronavirus but When it Does open Again I’m going to Give it Ago and Merry Christmas.

Happy Xmas Buddy, thanks for the vids this strange year. I have a pair of those overpriced grips but don't know what all the fuss is about! TBH they are awkward to use,bulky for the size IMO and aren't the first ones I go to in the tool bag, on a call . Lets hope that we don't get too many call-outs now. Cheers. :-)

Merry Christmas! Quick question, I've just gone self employed so still learning. Do you think £99 to install a dishwasher and washing machine, plus provide a 40mm waste pipe with a double waste trap and 2.5 metre waste pipe is expensive? I live in the South East,and basically a customer said I preyed on her for being a single mother charging so much!

It’s about right mate. Some customers have no idea. Presumably you quoted the works and she accepted before you started! Plus you went back FOC, so in effect have lost money on that job!! What’s your hourly rate plus percentage mark up on materials out of interest?

@@mynameis9739 That's what I thought, I asked a few other plumbers and also researched it and thought that was a decent price. And yeah labour was about £60 - £70 for a job which took roughly 2 - 3 hours as I had to move her old machines, all her rubbish (It was a filthy place) and even had to wait 30 minutes for her to turn up late.

@@jamieriggs9945 Yes quoted her the works, gave her a Quote via Email and she said she was happy with it as she is desperate! She even had 7 other plumbing firms tagged on her Facebook post so why she didn't get quotes from them either baffles me. Hourly rate I don't really have one as off yet, because I do plumbing (My trade) then I do other things I am qualified in such as Painting & Decorating and also odd little handyman jobs. I ask other peoples advice and do a little research and go from there, also where I am newly self employed I kind off knock 10% off other peoples prices at the start to get my name out there. Which with this customer clearly didn't work lol
