Wow, how are you producing so much milk 😭. Can you do a video of how you clean your bottles and stuff?

I’m well hydrated! Water and body armor on rotation. Other than that I stick to my pumping schedule. If I notice a dip I power pump for a couple of days. Also make sure you’re eating enough!

I recommend Power pumping if you’re experiencing a dip in supply or if you want to increase your supply. Also drink lots of water and make sure you’re getting enough calories

Great tips! As far as the pumps let’s, you purchased that and the zomee shields are compatible for a more discreet pump? Looking into ordering this and have been doing a lot of research to get a portable pump that has good suction.. thank you advance btw 🙏🏽

Yes! I purchased the pumpables genie advanced pump and zommee & legendairy milk cups! Best combo and I’m still going strong 6 months in🎉
