You’ve inspired me to change my life style. Ever since I started middle school, life has gotten depressing and I would usually get 4-7 hours of sleep. I would always stay in bed 24/7 and never come out of my room. I’m always laying down on bed making Kpop edits, going through social media, etc. just before watching this video I looked into the mirror and saw how ugly I’ve gotten. I have puffy eyes and dark circles, my face looks tired, and I’ve gained weight. I guess I gained weight cause America has fat food everywhere. But I’m Asian so my brothers have made me feel insecure about myself. I’m also lazy so yeah. Starting tomorrow I will start living better so I can become myself again. Thank you for inspiring me! ❤️
