Sorry the test didn't come out so well. For learning anything new, from computer learning to martial arts, (I'm a martial arts instructor) as a student as soon as we learned a new form or series of techniques I would sit down after class while everyone else was changing and write down in a notebook in my own words everything we just learned while fresh. Then just before bed review it all. Next day in class while most were struggling I would know all the moves. The same with lectures, instead of trying to take all the notes during, I would write down little hints, then to force recall after the lecture by writing it all down in my own words, and again review before going to bed. Good luck in the next ones. 😊👍

Lily is there any chance you could do a video on how you cope with you ADHD, how you got diagnosed tips for when you’re struggling etc.? I’m 21 but after doing a lot of research I’m going to get assessed for ADD or ADHD because I struggle with a lot of the symptoms. Totally understand if you don’t feel comfortable though!
