In this video I take you along for a day in my life in New York City. I had a nail appointment first thing in the morning in Chinatown and then headed to a cafe. After eating a delicious egg sandwich for breakfast (lunch?) I got a workout in, some stretching, and even some time in the steam room. After that I watched the kids I babysit and headed home to my girlfriend. Her sister and a friend are visiting this week.
