Therapy is so good! As a divorced single mother of 2 & a nurse I didn’t realize how much stress I was under! Always taking care of others and never myself. I now see a therapist every other Tuesday and it is so nice to have an unbiased opinion and to have someone give you coping strategies to deal with life’s stressors. I’d love to hear more about your level-up journey!

I know that covid is really bad right now and I am so sorry for your loved one prayers for them . I went to an concert the first one since 19 and I got covid in July and my family got it too afterwards we are feeling better now thank goodness
