After that, we'll be whipping up a delicious and nutritious green smoothie that's sure to give you a much needed boost! I'll introduce you to our beloved pet robin and we’ll take a look at his cosy nest. We'll also be going through the process of clearing out Noah's nursery, which is always such a satisfying task to tackle. Then we'll take a little trip to the local farm shop to pick up some fresh ingredients for our dinner tonight, a comforting chicken lemon soup. I’d love to see what Mama bear and Baby bear get up too during the day. Being a Mama myself I know that a day like that depends completely on how the wee man is feeling and cooperating. Robins are so beautiful! They are also a sign from our loved ones in spirit. One of the signs we wouldn’t always associate with them but indeed a sign. I’m a medium and was told this from spirit. The next day I saw one and it flew away as I saw it just exactly how they said it would do. Our loved ones are always around and sending us little signs. ♥️♥️♥️

Hi Gemma. You can buy cat bowls that have lids that open when the cat approaches. They are linked to the cats microchip. You program the cat to their bowl. It also stops one cat eating all the food from both bowls but will stop baby getting in there too!! The ones we have are by Surefeed. The batteries last about a year so they’re brilliant. Just thought this might be of interest for you. Xx

Lovely relaxed time to watch Gemma. You can buy the little holders for the fat balls, and the Robin food Gemma, and you can hang them off the office. It'll probably attract other birds to the garden too.

Hey Gemma, lovely video. With reference to the egg shells, they contain a bacteria and shouldn’t be put back into the box with the rest of the eggs. Also they should be cracked on a flat surface, as the shell can go inwards and that’s where the bacteria is! Hope this helps. Soup looked delicious 🤤 xx 😘

I’m on bird watch in my garden too! Had a couple of blue tits nest in my bird box last year and was in my garden early summer to witness all five of their babies fly the nest. Was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen!! 🥹 Their back and have started popping bits in the box again so I’m hoping for more babies this year!! Haha!! Hope you get Robin babies!! ❤

My daughter is now coming up to 31. I too had trouble letting go of things. What I did was from when she was born I kept a few things from every year of her life. When she was 18 I gave her a beautiful box with all the things in it. I wrapped the things from each year and labelled it with the year. So when she was 18 she had 18 gifts to open. Things like the book you get when they’re born, first pair of shoes, lock of hair, pictures, things she’d made. You get the picture. Love Karon xx

My mom did this 😅 she saved one newborn outfit for me (a dress) and my brother (these cute sailor themed overalls) and she hung them in her walk-in closet. I'm 26 years old now and my brother is 18 years old in college and she STILL has those outfits hanging in her wardrobe ❤ keeping the memories alive and to even let the future grandkids wear them as well ☺

Thanks Gemma for a relaxing video. So miss the winter mornings in the UK all the mist and frost in the air just not the same here in NZ Also miss a good farm shop - in NZ they all seem to be about farm supplies or just vegetables only. If you don't temper egds means no scrambled eggs in your hot soups, or sauces. if you don't then you will get curdled eggs which doesn't look good or taste and texture are wrong.

Rinse the eggshells, sit them out to dry naturally. When dried pulverize them in a spice or coffee grinder. Put it in your smoothie. Eggcelent 🤣 source of calcium.

When my partner and I visited Inverness in December, he kept seeing a robin everywhere we went. Someone there told us that seeing a robin means that you are receiving a message that a loved one you've lost is at peace. My partner's deceased father had been stationed in the navy in Inverness for many years, so the whole trip my partner kept remarking on how close he felt to his father there. And we felt like the robin just confirmed it. So maybe the robin is a little message from your dad!
