Hi Allison! From someone who works in surgery, I would also recommend wrist guards for the skating! If you fall you’ll try and catch yourself with your hands- trust me, you’ll be happy to have them protected!

I’m currently reading Hotel Nantucket and I think you’d really like it! I went to Cape Cod & Nantucket last month and used a bunch of your recommendations from last year ☺️ I actually picked up at their local bookstore in Nantucket and they said Elin comes every Wednesday to sign books. They were also giving out special bookmarks with this book. So sweet!

The butterflies go to Michoacán. The name of the park is Santuario de la mariposa monarcha. It’s gorgeous. There are so many amazing places to see. Highly recommend you look up “la rodilla del diablo” park in Uruapan, Michoacán. Gorgeous park.

We got a brand new flip panel Hamilton Beach waffle maker at Goodwill, fully sealed in its factory box for about $19! It’s nice bc the plates can be washed in the dishwasher

Also I have read many of the Elin Hildebrand and have enjoyed them very much. I highly recommend The Winter Stroll series, I think there are 4 in the series. I absolutely love going to stores early. I work midnights and I have come to realize that I have social anxiety. The fact that target is open at 8am by me and I get off at 7am, I love going there.

We have the Cuisinart WAF-300P1 4-Slice Belgian Waffle Maker with Pancake Plates . What’s nice about this is you can make waffles or pancakes and the plates are easily removable for washing.
