Today we are taking you guys through a day in the life in Los Angeles, California. In this vlog, we start the day with a morning workout routine playing tennis and talking about the new Challengers movie with Zendaya. Get ready with me and see some of my new favorite beauty products like Niacinamide and The Bitvae Water Flosser plus my Summer outfit for the day. We'll talk about some of my favorite books to read right now, Yes, Daddy by Jonathan Parks Ramage., One Day by David Nicholls, and Room Service by Michael McGregor. We received a new bag, The Ricco from Alexander Wang that we'll unbox together. La Mer released a new line called Genaissance de la mer and the line costs $2500. We'll unbox the entire luxury skincare line. We're looking at the new Gentle Monster x Maison Margiela sunglasses collection. They are the perfect sunglasses for Summer! Finally we will go over my top fragrances & perfumes for men and women of all time. There is floral, fresh, out, musk, we have it all. Hope you guys enjoy!

Hi Everett, a great scent you should check out is by Amouage and it’s called Guidance This scent is composed of notes like osmanthus, hazelnut, pear, amber grease, frankincense, saffron, rose, Jasmine, sambach. … it’s listed as a Feminine scent but I think guys can wear it and I’ve been given so many compliments over it. Not one to be missed. P.S. loved the vlog and you also have my favorite cologne D&G Velvet Sublime …. Gosh I can’t get enough of that it’s my go-to scent

Niacinamide is one of the B vitamins, specifically vitamin B₃ [B₁ is thiamin (treats numbness), B₂ is riboflavin (aids your metabolism, B₆ is piridoxine (helps enzyme reactions in the body), B₇ is biotin (for hair health), B₉ is folic acid (pregnancy), B₁₂ is cobalamin (often used for energy), etc.] and it hairs in skin health…it’s colloquially known as niacin. All of the B vitamins help to convert the food you eat into fuel that your body can use for things like energy, your metabolism, hair & skin health, etc. Also, water piks or water flossers are wonderful to have…and I have the same portable one that you have and it comes with me everywhere in my backpack. It’s so easy to use and all you need is a little water. I also have a stationary one at home in both of my bathrooms and I always use them after I’ve eaten anything…and I’ve been using them for the past 15 years. 😁 Anyway, sending you and Nicholas love & aloha from Honolulu and I’m glad to see that you’re uploading videos again…I’ve been enjoying all of them. 😘🤙🏽❤️🌈☀️

Hi!! Oh how you actually just taught me so much about the ingredient and B vitamins! I always wondered why I saw niacinamide in some drinks and was confused why something we’d use in skincare would be in food/drinks.
