If you’re going to do cold cereal in the morning, I strongly recommend frosted mini wheat‘s. Even Wheaties are shit compared to frosted mini wheat‘s for a long lasting real energy. They might be harder to get through but it’s worth it for the hours of energy and not feeling hungry. I’m type 1 diabetic so I watch my diet all the time, (27+ years) so trust me on this, big time.

I tried out for my universities college football team for the 2nd time. I didn’t make it again. Really disappointed in myself. Said I wasn’t fast enough. But you guys motivate me every single day to go out next year and try again! Just gotta put in more work! #squad
