I feel like the question was very legit. In Overwatch, people were thrown around like chestpieces, it became hard for me to root for any team at all because my favourite players were everywhere. At least if the team has history/a story it becomes easier for me to be attached to a group of players and root for them.

Yeah like any traditional sports team, there needs to be lore, an attachment, or people won't have a reason to support the team. Players can change up when that bond to the org is formed and then it won't have much of an effect cause the attachment is to the team.

my first thoughts when it was addressed to the other 3 were maybe they are going for the big owners first. By the next few words I know it's gonna be savage, but kudos to them for addressing the potential shortcomings and things they can pick up from Toast, even if they may just be purely politically correct responses.

I think what these orgs dont understand about content creation is that, yes, you want to win and dont want a team of content creators, but its about how you turn the content provided into good content. They just dont and probably wont understand. Sentinels is close to figuring it out but nothing like dsg or mxs.
