Thank you for sharing ❤!But how did you get to be a cna for pediatrics ? Could you do a video on that? I’m currently going to be a pca but would love to become a cna for peds. Is it the same course and test like any cna or is it different? What are the requirements? Is it hard to get into the pediatric floor for a cna ? Can you give me all the details please :)!

My Auntie Sandy was a pediatric nurse, and that is exactly what she did, many days, nights, times, years, in her long career. That is what my mom told me, who was also a nurse in geriatrics. But whenever I mentioned who my Aunt was to people, whether be classmate, a specialist I was seeing, their faces always lit up with cheerful joy & they'd always tell me how "sweet" a nurse she is❤️ My Grandpa made her get through that program and she told me when I was an adult, that she thanks God everyday for his pushing her because she wouldn't have made it through such a demanding ordeal without that tough love & they likely would have ended up destitute without her career in nursing, since my Uncle Paul was considered "damaged" from serving in Vietnam. I tend to gravitate towards the old, and "unwanted", whether be an elderly cat or disabled dog, or senior citizen, there is a niche for everyone. 💕🙋🏼‍♀️

How did you find an kids nursing home to work in as CNA? ❤
@kudziisuuASMR
@kudziisuuASMR 11 ай бұрын
I didn’t know that certified nurse assistants were able to work in pediatrics. My mom and dad we’re both CNAs and all they ever did was work in nursing homes…. Becoming a registered nurse seems really difficult and I just don’t know I’m there yet academically to be able to do it …. But I’d love to work and help with kids. The closest hospital to me doesn’t do pediatrics anymore …. So I’d have to look at the other hospitals. I guess in the meantime, I could look into if it’s possible to work with kids as a certified nurses assistant . But it seems to be a lot more rare….. maybe it’s because people that are certified nurses assistance want to stay away from the nursing homes like plugs so the second they get that job that isn’t in a nursing home they hold onto it

Was it difficult to get a job at a pediatric hospital straight out of CNA school? And how’s the balance with nursing school work with the job? Do you just work on the weekends?
@tiffanyhuynh

No not at all. Just research for places and apply. The balance is difficult, but you will work it out if you need to work. Just be on top of your time management. I work per diem when nursing school starts (every fridays).

@tiffanyhuynh

The charting is very very simple. You will shadow and get trained to chart before you go off by yourself at work. All I chart is what I do; repositioning, diaper changes, behavior, vitals, etc… Although it can be different in different jobs, we all do the same things. Don’t be scared🤞

Romans 3:23 (ESV) says: “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” and Romans 6:23 (ESV) says: “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” The good news is that Jesus Christ, the son of God, who is one with God, came to the earth from His place in heaven and was crucified on a cross for the atonement of our sins. He lived a sinless life, and rose from the dead on the third day after His death! ✨🙌He took our place and payed our debt. John 3:16 says: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Romans 10:9 (ESV) says: “because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” If you place your faith in Jesus, He will forgive you of your sins and you will be saved from hell and you will be given eternal life. Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. The Bible is Gods word to us. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are the gospels of Jesus and His teachings on how to follow Him. God bless you 🥰💕
