I was a merchandiser for 13 years and have been an account manager for over a year now. I can say the technique you are showing here is exactly how I did it. Imagine having to pack out a 9 pallet delivery to build a display on an ad changeover. I did exactly that. This is a great way how to show a new merchandiser how to do it fast, and properly.

First thing I’d do with mine is section everything off in one row n then use my pallet jack for the rest second thing I’d do is bust everything down in 1 shot and then run my pallets out thirdly but not least consolidate everything on a separate pallet for back stock that I don’t need

Me personally when I still merchandised I would put everything together that is close on the shelfs so I would of put all the power ads and body armor together and possibly monster if it's close depending on store. And try to keep all soda together best as possible. Would keep u from moving around the store more then u need

@@MTSFam I also mention this idea of putting the timestamp up for how long it takes you because I notice most of your videos you speed up while you're working (I know it's for time and to show the process efficiently in a video) but I'm liking seeing it in real time, so helpful! Plus, I mean longer video, less editing, more money? I guess haha. Not a bad idea.

Pretty much what the other person said. It depends on the region/area. I work for Pepsi in Washington and we distribute Dr.Pepper. But I believe in California it's Coke that distributes for them. In my area we also do Lipton tea, Starbucks Frappuccinos, some Gatorade, and Bang energy drinks

Depends on the region. Dr. Pepper has their own merchandisers here in Michigan except for Macomb County where Coke merchandisers stock it. When I vacationed in Tennessee I think Pepsi did Dr. Pepper products.
