Great video and insight. Do you use the spin bike for training? I only as because I do simply because I can’t afford a trainer. People tell me it’s not helping using the spin bike? But I’ve managed to lose 2st and now ride 80 miles comfortably, obviously not fast haha

I have a turbo trainer, it's a worthwhile investment but depends on your goals. If you enjoy the spin bike and can meet your goals using that then go for it!

2 hours in z2 is a really easy ride, meaning he probably had a hard training 1 or 2 days earlier. Also in the start of the video you see he’s 5 days from a race I don’t know exactly but it might be for supercompensation as well.
