I recently started subbing, and you have been the biggest help. I have had a hard time with classroom management as a sub- can you offer some tips? I want to be firm, but also I realize that they don't know me! Also, I literally look like a student LOL. Thanks!

Omg you’re so sweet! Im glad my videos have been helping, that’s honestly a morale booster for sure! & yesss I can totally do a video on that! It’s something I struggled with in the beginning but I feel like I’m starting to get a good handle on it. I’ve been thinking of becoming a substitute teacher but idk how I’d be able to handle the attitude and disrespect from student

I think in the beginning it’s definitely hard but if you decide to go to the same schools over and over again, the students become familiar with you and the attitude and disrespect starts to go away for sure! But you can always do high school, they are definitely a lot more chill then middle school kids lol
