Is 510 hours of veterinary experience enough for vet shcool, and is 1200 hours of animal experience enough?

Hi i like to study vet too and i somehow found it little more interesting after watching your videos but the problem is that im a little bit scared to do surgery type of things is animals i mean doing it in living things is scary i hope you understand what i mean so what should i do if i havd this fear is it good to be a vet

hii! as a vet, do you get any benefits? for example, in the NHS you can get discounts off restaurants etc. Could you make a list?

Hello so we don’t have any benefits like NHS staff unfortunately 😅 it’s job dependent whether your clinic provides any benefits to you (like any other job) hopefully one day there will be an NHS for pets 😅

So most likely you’ll need extra experience besides your own personal pet, especially as these applications can be competitive you want to have a broader experience to make yourself stand out in vet school or animal related job applications :)
