It's good to see Athletes use their money wisely. William Bonac got that new home, and home gym, and now Samson and his wife moved and got that new grill and new appliances. It's good to see people use the money for their business and enjoyment. Smart decisions. No big fancy ass cars and 32 bedroom houses. Just being happy and comfortable as possible. 👍👍

The music being played during Samson’s workout was pretty cool. I love heavy metal for legs/back/chest but that groovy chill piece is what I like for arms/delts. Any idea who the artist is on that? Samson is awesome. Great work brother and can’t wait for future content.

Hope somebody will answer my question: why many bbders do not cut off the fat from the chicken brests before cooking them? If You're fighting for the lowest possible body fat, wouldnt that be a smart thing to do? It's obviously much easier to cut the fat from the meat, than from your own body right? I always do that, and I'm shocked others do not...

ig it's bcoz they wish to keep that fat to hv the meat taste a lil better..and ig maybe it fits that into the calorie count they need to shed down fat..so they don't do it.
