i remember the Vox team came to my hometown a decade ago i tried to meet this guy but he was over it the second he got to the skate shop lol. On a Brighter note the Legend Pat Duffy was extremely nice and said cody was just over it lol. Funny how that stuff sticks with you tho.

I’m liked this dudes skateboarding, but I’m a bigger fan of him now. His story about turning his life around and gyming is epic. I think more skaters need to hit the gym and look after themselves. Skateboarding is a culture, but if you wanna do it till you’re in your 50s, then get in the gym. Cause muscle mass and retention starts to slow down from 30s onwards. But if you train, lift eights and eat well, your body will be able to deal with the impact and demands of skateboarding, and you’ll be able to do it for a longer time! A much better alternative to drinking and smoking cigarettes everyone!
