I had no idea that pork carnitas were cooked in lard... doesn't lard come from pork. I learn something new every day. I respect homies hustle and ability to be able to do what ever it takes to support his family. As he said... way better than selling drugs. I recall as a kid I saw this taco vender set up shop in a dirt lot. His tacos where called La Carreta. He eventually bought that dirt lot and paved it. He continued to sell tacos there, the only difference was that he owned the property he was on . a few more years passed and he eventually built a building for his restaurant. This restaurant is still on the corner of Vernon and Martin Luther King Blvd. Anyways I hope this dude makes something like this happen for his family. I wish you much success.

Damn low bottoms right her much respect for you fools doing positive things man. I respect that this video just made my day. My mom wants to open up her buisness selling funnel cakes she makes some bomb funnel cakes. Even had ink junkies come to our house to try them out and he said la county ain’t got nothing on my moms funnel cakes. That just goes to show if your dedicated and want to do your buisness and your good at it dreams can come true. Keep pushing carnal you will make it far for your family. God bless.

Good Hustle Homie! God bless your familia, man I miss East L.A. every time I've been deployed and I cook out for my soldiers and give them the Mexican food my father taught me and pass it on to my child, good to see people past that same love and respect of food to the hood.

Mad respect for these two food vendors. I loved the part where the little girl was offering her dad for additional help "give me one more". I just loved the hard work he is instilling in his younger brother and his daughter. #proud #keepupthegoodwork
