Aisha, don’t be too hard on yourself. You have given birth to two babies in a short period of time. You are the glue that holds your beautiful your beautiful family and everything at home together. Embrace your feelings and give yourself time to heal. To Junggu, hold your beautiful wife tightly and remind her every day what an amazing human being she is. Sending lots of love❤and healing 🫂 .

you may be an empath. many empaths like myself tend to like to be alone because we can pick up the energy of those around us. when we are alone we can only feel our energy which for the most part is peaceful. if we aren’t aware of this or if we don’t strengthen this gift then we can sometimes mistake the energy we are feeling as our own when it’s not, causing us to feel anxious depressed sad or whatever the case. if you spend a lot of time alone you know what your energy is because you know yourself so when you all of a sudden feel anxious sad or whatever 10/10 you are picking up on energies of others around you.

Yup me too! Even hearing a little baby cry or person just look sorrowful I feel like I'm having a panic/heart attack. Alot of people don't understand it but we empaths genuinely like being in solitude.

❤I noticed that with a lot of KZfaq's, you're not the only one you just need time off. Take a month 6 week off from the camera. You can set up some if you feel like it's too long of a period but I notice when they KZfaq or take time off. From the camera and everything they always feel refreshing. I figure once a year should take 4 to 6 week off. Without the camera and then come back and talk about what's going on and you'll be fine. I love watching you cause you honest.🎉

As a person with documented anxiety, one of the things my doctor tells me constantly is to be mindful of my environment, including internal and external stressors and any potential triggers. Being consistent with de-stressing activities is also important. From your video it sounds like you're doing all of those things, so don't worry too much about worrying. You are giving your best everyday and that's enough.

From what you describe….It seems that you have developed a very healthy attachment to your family and the routine that you and Jungu have worked out. When you are with people outside of your home environment, you are outside your warm, cozy “bubble” and you find yourself feeling more at ease when you can be at home doing things that give you and your beautiful family comfort and joy. It seems completely understandable. Your friends or other adults/people require you to go outside the established conversational patterns, non-verbal cues and activities that you and Jungu have begun to establish which is perfectly healthy!! You are creating a home environment. The routines, foods and activities that you and Jungu are putting in place will be the foundation which Fanta and Ardho will use to grow their personalities, understanding of themselves, the world around them and ultimately their values. Their fondest memories will include the things you are infusing into their lives by the love and care with you create their home environment. Spend time with your friends as it works out. Do not become stressed about being most comfortable when you are with your gorgeously handsome husband and darling children. YOU ARE A WONDERFUL MOTHER AND WIFE……Relax and enjoy your life!!! ❤️🥰

My take about the feeling you have [aka: anxiety] is about your extension as an individual and not the multitasking person, the glue that keeps everything together at home. That detachment at this moment feels weird for you, specifically when you had set daily routines or when you ask your husband to step up a little bit for you to have some off time. I think this feeling you have is totally understandable...you have 2 children under 2 and both of you as a parents are doing it 🎉FANTASTIC🎉. Be a little more easy with yourself, you deserve more alone time...Aisha, you have your partner that will do everything to make it happen, without any guilt❤ Your family are thriving and we love to see it. Thank you for your input about these topic, your sincerity and transparency it is very appreciated.

I work 5 days a week and I'm usually anxious, overwhelmed and drained when I'm there. As soon as I get home, I feel calm and have a ton of energy. I've been told I'm a highly sensitive person and I resonate with the empath label. It can be explained away as being introverted too. Honestly, I think the more peace you have on the inside, the more you notice that the outside world isn't peaceful.

You are describing a typical introvert. I’m the same. When at work and having to mix/socialise with others it takes a lot out of me and my energy. Extroverts would burn this off by going out band socialising after work but I need to go home and recharge my batteries. Just keep on listening to yourself. A doctor won’t be able to advise you any better. ❤

I think I had anxiety issues when my kids were young because I just had too much going on, stress from work and lack of sleep etc. I really admire your honesty, openness and laid back demeanor despite getting the most done in your day. You take care of yourself a lot better than many people I know. Keep doing you, your yoga, facials, and hugging your babies and sweet kisses to your husband like you do. I enjoy watching your videos just to see your smiles and the happy wagging tail. Wishing you guys all the best and many blessings!

Ur situation may be different but part of postpartum is that, when moms r pregnant, they’re showered with attention, then all of a sudden, that attention shifts to the newborn, when in fact… mentally + emotionally, mom craves focus + help. As for ur new mental space… u’re entering another stage of maturity where u can enjoy, feel comfortable with, feel at peace with, + like urself. And it’s ok, it’s actually a beautiful thing. I’ve admired ur ‘ol soul’ knitting or crocheting, modeling, + even ur roller coaster family struggles. U r a trooper❣️All in all tho, ur mental health is important for urself first, + then u can benefit ur family 🤍. Hope I’m making sense bc I too am a night owl… it’s close to 1 AM :)

I have similar anxiety feelings. I also agreed that I'm not medically certified to claim my diagnostic, but I feel it falls under mild depression even though it doesn't appear to, to me. I catch myself going into a small slump, and I have to, like you mentioned, find something for me to get back on my feet, a.ka. getting to my self care. I take walks, I exercise and I like to cook as well. I just want to say thank you for sharing. Sometimes, I don't know who to talk to about how I feel inside, so talking walks and talking to myself help.😊 watch you again next week. Happy Easter 🐰 🐣

i will share my perspective, i'm not a doctor but my close cousin had the same feeling as you, she is a mother of four with 2 job in military and in research and she has more energy taking care of her family than doing her work. She love her work but she find it more exhausting than taking care of her kids and being at home with her husband. Maybe because you are always busy your body try to focus the energy to the most important things in your life unconsciously, your kids and your husband. I think it's good that you have your safe place and your way to rest if you keep a good balance you will manage it. You are doing good i hope my response could help you a little bit if you think it make sense. Thank you for sharing your life with us it's always a treat to watch your videos.

Aisha, thank you for your honesty and transparency. I applaud the fact that you assessed the situation and are actively working on solutions. That is excellent self care and self reflection. You are wise and discerning. You are beautiful inside and out, and your family is thriving because of you and Jungo. It is not easy to have littles and balance it all. You are both excellent parents, spouse, lovers and friends❤❤. I am in the medical field, and it is actually common to see primary caraegivers, and mothers (particularly in the latent post partum period) express these sentiments. ❤❤❤❤🐶. Remember to shedule time for yourselves and each other. Take a break like you diid recently, and without the kids❤❤. Try to schedule a weekly datenight and schedule individual talk therapy, preventively as desired. Lastly visit your family when possible. I love your beautiful family and content. Love and Light. May God bless and keep you all always.❤

Being social/sociable is a skill. And like any other skill, when you stop practicing it and withdraws, you get rusty and that leads to anxiety. Even the most sociable person, if s/he keeps to himself/herself for some length of time and stops going out of the house, s/he would feel stressed in going out again and coming into contact with other people. So what I'd say is that you need to make some effort to take yourself outside the house at least once a week. Meet your friends. Join a club -- maybe a crocheting club -- ANYTHING, if only to take yourself out of the house and out of your comfort zone. Sure, you may not feel any need to do so right now, given that you have two young kids to take care of. But given your relative young age, if this keeps on, can you imagine how much worse you would feel later if you have to go out and face the world for some reason or another, especially after the kids are grown?

Caffeine and electrolytes do hold you enough for the entire day? because I see you having 2 full time jobs (mom/spouse and other creative outlets/projects you work on). As busy your days are, you deserve time off as well❤ The village of people around you guys will gladly step up for Jungu and you to have dates, and be able to socialize with friends now and then.

I think it is very important to be aware of how you feel, physically and mentally. As a single mother, I relied heavily on my mother and grandparents. I loved being a mother, but sometimes it was hard. My mom would take the baby, in order for me to have just a break. I would get out as much as possible to try to change my routine when my baby was younger, because you will find yourself being at home because it’s easier. I think you are on the right track. Just to notice feeling different is very important…I think if you notice you aren’t getting better that’s when you go to the doctor and that’s why okay too. Again great vlog….❤❤❤❤keep up the wonderful content 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

I know what you mean about the anxiety. I didn’t realize that was what I was feeling until the relief of getting to the end of something social hit me. I took a Zumba class for the first time. I go out but mostly with my mom and daughter. I went to that class and in the cool down I had to fight tears. There was so much relief at the end. I also experience this when traveling. I also have a racing mind that keeps me awake at night. It’s ok to say it’s anxiety. You are talking about yourself and can call it what you want. You don’t have to be a medical professional when talking about yourself. YOU know what you’re feeling.

I love that song! I play it a lot too. Sometimes I'll put on an 80's remix. I'm an 80's baby so that music always works for me. It always brings me out of a mood. Like others have said, you are probably just an introvert. The bonus is that you have a loving and nurturing husband to help take care of the babies. When you have that, it's hard to want to venture out. I work from home and love it. I always have to force myself to get out sometimes because I've made a comfort place at home. Meditation helps me too.

Aisha, thank you for sharing how you feel with us, it takes courage to tell others how you're feeling. You know yourself very well, and that's a good thing, you've also worked out what you want to do more of, and so have started working again, being outside in nature at the park, or wherever you go for your walks, will in the long run help you to feel better. Seeing your story, and whats going on for you, at the moment is encouraging for me also. Like you I'm OK being in my own company and am quite happy being at home, I've always been that way, however I believe it will do me good to get outside and go for a walk everyday even if it's for a short while. Aisha, those of us that follow you, and your beautiful family love you, and want the best for you all. It's funny how we take people to our hearts from so far away, still I guess when you care for others it really doesn't matter how far away they are you want the best for them. Take care, enjoy your walks, I'll look forward to your next vlogg. Love Eugenia 😊❤

At the end of the day rest, love and be love. Your family is beautiful. Your daughter is growing up fast as well as Ardo. Savor the moment 🎉🎉🎉

Hi Aisha. I love your videos❤ I am not a mother but I have had symptoms of anxiety too (I also love being at home lol). My therapist told me to try and go outside at least for five minutes per day whether that is mediating, reading a book, going on walks, or going to a cafe etc. A KZfaqr who i love to watch and highly recommend is Vera from “Simple Happy Zen.” She talks about mindfulness, minimalism. Aisha, fighting! ❤

Aww I am glad I am not alone. When I had my children I was happy in my own world, even as a wife. I had friends but I did not have the urgency to be out and about. When I became a single mum time with my children was even more precious. I was happy in my comfortable ‘space’. ❤❤

Hope you guys are feeling better. As for mental health and dealing with stress. Walking is very good for that. My doctor said it's also a good exercise for the body. And it's so relaxing because you get fresh air and sunshine on the sunny days anyway.

Yes mam Aisha ! Come through with the Chaka Kahn music!☺️☺️ Any one of her songs will motivate you, fast or slow. Another great artist that has amazing songs from that era is Cheryl Lynn, look up and listen to her music will not be disappointed. Start with the song title Encore, you’ll thank me later if you don’t already know this song or artist.☺️☺️Great lesson on how not to get too caught being in your comfort zone. You were absolutely speaking to me because now it’s incredibly difficult to venture out of my comfort zone. So thank you for relating with me on this topic. Continue to be blessed with your continued efforts of growing. ❤️🙏🏾

I personally enjoy my home (I do need those nature ☀☀walks though) and doing my own things since I was a teen. I didn't care too much for people in my own age group, but relish to conversate with older interesting people. Thankfully, we are all unique and I 😍every minute of it

Would love to know more about your sleep schedule. 😊 My baby is a little less than a month old and night time is party time. I know it’s too soon to worry about sleep schedule. But would love to know when you started putting the sleep schedule into effect, and what it looks like. Thanks ❤

I am half a century plus seven years, and enjoy watching you Vlogs. I am envious of all the gadgets made to make life easier for mothers. However, shinney things are just that. The one constant there is, is that mother-hood, no matter the century... it a God given experience full of books, toys, and men and women who know nothing about how mothers feel. Mother-hood it tiring, joyous at times, and empowering. Congratulations and hopefully you'll stay until the kids turn eighteen. You and your husband are amazing.👏😁

I think you’re just missing your family and it may be a little anxiety surrounding the fact that you’re not with them. Anxiety usually isn’t diagnosed until you have 6 months of worrying about multiple sections of your life (ex work home personal social etc) and social anxiety is usually not diagnosed until it interferes with your daily living like you avoid the grocery store bc you’re afraid you will have a panic attack or you get super stressed even thinking about leaving the house. It’s normal to feel a little bit anxious you’re just out of routine and really love your husband and babies. I’m glad that you notice these things and are proactive about addressing them. You’re such an inspiration and so cool to me lol
