My son who is "autistic" won't touch a fruit or vegetable. All he eats is KFC, McDonald's, bread sticks, pasta, and eggs. He is 20 years old but our situation maybe different from others. So if you can get your child to eat healthy, that's great. 😊

I remember when my oldest son was like that now he is 18 and he doesn’t like mashed potatoes but he would eat french fries are baked potatoes like when someone gets on to him he starts to cry because he doesn’t know why he got in trouble it would get better Tara and I hope your dad moves to Texas

So about cysts: My best friend suffered years with that pain, they kept telling it was only cysts. She finally went to several different doctors begging for a biopsy...it took longer than it should have to find a doctor willing to biopsy a cyst, they are trained to think #1 women exaggerate their pain #2 cyst are never cancer. Long story short when it was finally biopsied it was cancer. So...don't hesitate to be your own advocate, if she hadn't been determined to get the test she felt in her instincts was needed, it would have gone on untreated and probably taken her life.

I had pain I thought it was a cyst and it wasn't but my ultrasound tech said you have alot of eggs for my age (37) lol I have that pain I just get passed on as ibs my mom had endometrial cancer I think its endometriosis

I wonder if him being distracted by the video helped? I know for my son with Angelman's syndrome who is non verbal the Ipad helps distract him while i brush his teeth.

I had a golf ball sized cyst removed after I gave birth to my third child. I am so happy I did. Surgery was very easy and fast. ❤ My cyst was made up of hair and teeth cells. The dr said it coupd gave been there since i was born. Or it coupd have been a twin that got trapped.

Please, Tara, if you want him to succeed, communicate with your son. He should not watch television or phones, as this will affect his concentration. His condition is similar to my daughter’s condition in the past. She is now studying, and she is 5 years old, and she has become much better. I love you Tara

He's at school in therapy Monday-Friday. He rarely gets screen time and if he does, it's for 10- 20 min when he gets home after a long day. Weekends it depends what we're doing but I can assure you, he watches WAY less than the average child. 🫶🏼

Tara, I can see why the poster said that. The TV is on a lot during your vlogs, so to us it looks like it is on constantly when maybe it isn't when you are not vlogging. I figure you may have it on so that you can vlog easier.

Yes that's the time of the day where he gets home from school and unwinding for 20 min or so before bed. Thats the only real time you guys get to see a lot of him because he's in therapy full time so you guys just happen to see that small glimpse of his day in my vlogs

@@tarahendersonthats great just wanted to tell you that watching tv before bed is a big no no for the kifs. Even for us adults. Brain should get time to prepeare for sleeping 2 h before bed and that means no lights from tv that signal to the brain that it should be awake.
