Roxanne, my daughter was like that for the first 4 month, her problem was colic so she liked being held with one hand on her belly with her facing down. She never slept either.

J Mo I am aware of the recall as this is an old video. My son is now 3 months old and we stopped use as soon as we heard about the recall, and have sent it back since.

Oh no I should have been more clear!! I in no way was directing the comment toward you. It was more so for the commenters who were “informing” you on the recall in a shaming way. I myself as an expectant mother have had a lot of comments on my choice of purchases for baby such as the rock n play but that is simply because they are only listening to the media and do not even think to consider the manual that comes with the device first hand. I want to feel something everyday because that would give me peace of mind that activity is going on in there. This may be (TMI😂), but did you have implantation bleeding? In my mind, I want to see that because that would really give me a positive indication that I know something that's going on in there. I do have vague cramping literally right now. Lovin' Peace yes there were days that I didn’t feel anything at all!! I did not get implantation bleeding but I was definitely on the lookout for it lol the morning before I found out I was pregnant I remember feeling so bad not like myself at all!! It felt like I was coming down with the flu, I remember telling Judy either I am getting sick or I’m pregnant. I hope this helps:)

The infants that died were due to user error from parents not buckling baby in and using blankets, etc when they weren’t supposed to. Still good to be mindful that sadly deaths occurred to be aware of how certain hazards can happen

The Cornucopia first of all congratulations on the birth of your daughter:) as for any tips I unfortunately don’t have any:( he is a very easy going baby so that made it easier to film this. He is also my only child so that helps. The only advice I can think to offer is it was harder to film then I thought as it took time to place the camera where I wanted it and capture everything so just make sure if you are going somewhere you give yourself some extra time.

Keiana Keitt it’s amazing!! It’s such a great bonding experience:) it does hurt at first as your nipples need to get used to it but I love it and I don’t have any pain while feeding!!! Stock up on some nipple cream though as it’s a life savour your first week:)

Kavanagh Diaries I’m 32 weeks with my second boy.. My first time trying to breast feed I was 15 and my nipples cracked so bad, they were bleeding TERRIBLY! my toes would CURL in agony😞 I REALLY want to try again for this baby as I know the benefits for him will be wonderful but very scared of pain..

If I may give you all an advice as I also suffered with my 1st, have a 4 week old successfully breastfeeding and I am a certified breastfeeding pear counselor who has figured out a way that has helped me and hopefully it can help many- Give a few manually pumps before feeding your baby from your breast. I noticed one day that if I pump manually 1st and then do electric it hurts less. So I thought this might be the same case with the baby. The reason it hurts (mostly at 1st) is because babies don't have much to grab on and he is stretching a nipple that has not been stimulated too fast. If you notice the size of your nipple once they finish you will see a great difference in the size of your nipple from when you 1st started. Your nipple has not only grown in size but it has send signals to your brain once stimulated. Also grab your breast like you would grab a taco and the football position seems to be the position that works for most moms. With many of the other positions not only is it harder for most but you also have to be carefull to not suffocate the child; especially, while sleeping for babies tend to fall asleep on the breast. It is also good to try and pump in between so that the breast can get a break. If one breast hurts more than another I'll give a day or two break but pump that one all day so my milk supply keeps going and like OP said, use lots of nipple cream.
