Adding Rosco heat shield behind the gel will extend its life. More importantly, attach them to a frame to reduce the temperature. Aputure recommends the same for gelling softboxes.

hey! thank you so much! this was a while ago so not entirely sure but if i were to guess i would say 4800-5000k!

thank you so much! yes we bounced the same light like in the daytime scene but just added that CTB gel for the nighttime look!
