'Day of the Diesels' Alternate Ending

7 жыл бұрынThe one thing that really bothers me about 'Day of the Diesels' is that Diesel 10 has been mellowed down to a vulnerable character, and that is so painfully obvious when he whimpered to Sir Topham Hatt. I decided to fix this problem by creating an alternate ending to it, using Diesel 10's original personality and voice (Neil Crone). It kinda does have a dark ending to it, but it's much better than what we got.

This is Diesel 10's true persona. Which the writers ruined in Calling all engines. This ending is far superior to "Let's be friends and work together". You should write the next Thomas movie where Diesel has his original voice and personality from Thomas and the magic railroad.

Red Pokémon trainer Thanks, but I wouldn't know what to with the story on the 'REAL' Diesel 10. I know I would give him the traits and evilness he had in 'The Magic Railroad' and I would bring 'Pinchy' back, but what would he do exactly and what would be the story?

This was awesome, the next Thomas special, (because BW BA is gonna suck)should feature his original evilness. It could be in a special where Lady comes back or something like that.

If we got a sly and cunning Diesel 10 throughout most of the film (yes, Diesel 10 was acting nice to Percy so he can manipulate him), then it would have been a perfect buildup to the comeback of his original homicidal persona at the end.

If Day of the Diesels went in this direction (except for the black and white scene), then it would be a two part story where the second story sets where the engines has to survive without the Fat Controller

After killing The Fat Controller, Diesel started hunting down and destroying the steam engines. Or at least, he tried. He didn't even get one steamie before the British Army arrived and destroyed him.

Well, I prefer this ending more. I just love to see D10's original, psycho personality, that I missed since Thomas & The Magic Railroad, which was unfortunately ruined in Calling All Engines. Ok, I very appreciate the "working together" stuff, but it doesn't fit to his character at all. That's ma villain boi!

What would’ve been epic to see in the climax of Day of the Diesels is Diesel 10 recruiting some really serious diesels like D261, D199, D40125, the Class 28 and 08 from the RWS version of Escape, the Mainland diesels from the RWS (a Class 52, a Class 31, and a Class 40), a Class 20, a Class 55, Class 50, and a Class 66. They would just take over the whole island and cause chaos.

That might be too dark for a movie aimed for little kids. Perhaps doing the chase scene Thomas, Percy, and Sir Topham Hatt trick him into going into the scrap yard and uses a magnet to put him into lava, which would be a well deserved fate. Or is given a fate worse than death, sort of like Smudgler and Bulstrode’s fate.
