Recently started this Mod, and loving it, but I have the normal vanilla size backpack, is there something else I need to download?

Mike Keeley the easiest way to get this mod is with the 7dtd mod launcher. It automatically downloads the latest version

Will that keep my current save game? First game corrupted at day 7, second game is on day 13 so really dont want to have to start again if I dont have to. Although this Mod is so good it wouldnt be that much of a chore.

Installed the mod launcher and after a couple of attempts still have my save and also the huge backpack. A massive thank you to Michael Matchett for the advice.

The habit of having small inventory windows/low carrying capacity in survival games where you need to gather plenty of materials is borderline fake difficulty. Having to make ten trips to a building to get everything from it doesn't make the game more challenging, just more time-consuming. And yes, low carrying capacity is more realistic, but I'm the kind of players who draws the line on realism where it starts making the game look like a chore.

I think it depends on how you see and want to play the game. And the type of player you are. I am someone who has always played match three games or Sims 3. At 62 years of age, I never touched a computer until 1992 or 93 when we bought one (Radio Shack Tandy) for the kids to play educational games and didn't even have the internet. I bought one for me for college in 2000, went back to finish my Bachelor. I don't play to "win" but just for the fun of doing things, I actually prefer building and exploring. Most of the time I restart a game after the third week. My son is a hard core gamer, very methodical, and he will spend the time cleaning out a building, sees it as part of the game. He spent three days on the Book tower, cleaned it out and fought the irradiated cop, the ferals and whatever else there during that time. Saw it as worth it for all the loot he got. We all have our play style, what I like you won't; what you like I won't; that doesn't make either one right or wrong, just different.

GameEdged.. we did download the very first one.. " WotWV5.1.3b B59 EAC SAFE " I now see a second one that says " Server Side DLL ZIP " which is a Server Side DLL file required for Servers running BBM Mod. Do we need that one too, to be able to have the bigger inventory? omg this place is SO hard with that tiny inventory lol

Noise affects how many zombies spawn around you, so the survivor AI of the mod has them set to Sucidal. Wildly shooting crappy guns while wearing no armor and backing into corners? Amateurs.
