Day The World Ended '55 2021 Ray Bonus - ''Roger Corman: Godfather of The B's'' On-Camera Interview with, The Legendary Filmmaker on the film and his career (Scream Factory Blu-Ray Rip).mp4 Wow, love it! I got the 1500 Unit Limited Edition Blu-Ray of a favorite Roger Corman Film ''Day The World Ended'' '55 Sci-Fi-Thriller yesterday in the mail. My C.S. staff Rick D. Brunner was here and Jon Bender Andrews my B.S.S. were here this morning before I left for work, I went with Rick and Jon on way back. Anyway, I have been firing up Corman's stuff since I saw that Disc last night before bed. I was talking about Rick and Jon about Corman again, for like the 50th time. I had on the movies and extras ripped I did myself on my External Hard Drive. ''Attack Of The Crab Monsters'' '57 and Not Of This Earth '57 I mentioned Beverly Garland married the lead in Crab Monsters Richard Garland how she got the name and kept it. She divorced him and married one other time correct me If I am wrong. Then ''Not Of This Earth'' came on, and I was talking about it and her and how sexy and awesome she was in it, and she did Decoy her show too '57-'58 how she had the real brunette and blonde highlights. For Not I said was bleach blonde and I was saying things mentioned in Shout! DVD of it too I always tell them about Beverly That 40 Min. Corman Interview was a killer! on the new Ray of Day and it was amazing! I cried at the end on the credits no one listens to me or believes me guy is such a legend he influenced Spielberg, Lucas and even James Cameron worked for him. They grew up on Roger did what he did on bigger budgets and if not for Roger none they would never be. I like the original creators for music, films and women so. and I agree all that money like what Cameron spent on ''Titanic'' is absurd, lol. It would not have been as good if the money was not the film would have not been well Cameron is more on Corman's level. I do love the 1rst 2 Terminators Cameron made. Corman tried to cross over, and Columbia eventually wanted to him do B Indie Movies for less money as he said in it. I say what the hell, as he pretty much did Corman never swears and dealt with asses in the industry always a gentleman I am out-spoke and will that is fucked lol. That well upset Roger and didn't work. He could be an A Director guy is so awesome! Least I can say I like Beverly, him and others I am outspoken, and I will say I like them better than the ones they mention. They have no clue who they are I walk away really disappointed shaking my head. 🙁 Smart people know about Corman and more. Corman as the end credits said the dude was arguably one of the most influential filmmakers of all-time. You are never beaten Roger to me all that stupid wasted money on those movies by Star Wars '77, your movies to me still stand the test of time Roger King of The B's you're a legend that never dies!

Good and tired of younger generations never knowing him I am only 41 I am pretty much an amatuer historian and critic on films, music, women, military planes, the unexplained and supernatural and the foot fetish

His films are fun. They are not cutting edge, except for working on a shoe string budget. The one about people after nuclear war was a good idea(imho). A study in human nature. His films also benefit from lack of money, in that necessity made him use what he had in the best way possible. This is similar to Film Noir. Those writers , directors and producers came up with techniques and style to both stretch a dollar and avoid censor intrusion. Good job Mr C!

Fun? No called you have an imagination and get into them like they are real. Unless Corman gave you a spot to laugh at he even said this. Not you mind you though I am sick of people saying they are cheesy and hoakey. Their are films of that caliber that are very poor and should be laughed at. Though Corman's were always some of the best. I love Film-Noir but not all Noir are B Movies too. But who else you like besides Corman?

For sure but he went fast and was working on low-budgets some as low as Larry Buchanan. Richard Devon did not like working for him thought he went too fast and I know some people like Allison didn't like working for him as she got hurt during his Gunslinger '56 in Color love that movie. Richard may have got hurt too why he left something rather. Mike Connors never got paid enough and left but love working for Roger he did a good many pictures for Roger. Roger went fast and cheap way it was I don't think that is a problem he knew how to break even in the end. He wrote a book also ''How I Made Movies in Hollywood'' and Didn't Loose a Dime''. Of course he did location work.
