In Osaka you have to go to a place called Blanche Confiture, and go to the back wall where there is a shelf that's blended in with the wall. Push it to reveal a secret hidden dessert bar.

@CynthiaTice no problem, and remember the wall in the back corner there's a faux shelf which you can push to enter a room, where they serve you fancy gourmet desserts
