Let's take a day trip to Iznik. In the ancient city of Nicea, we'll see Turkish ceramics and tiles and check out the Hagia Sophia church and learn about its importance to Christians. On the drive in, we’ll go through the beautiful mountains and even stop to pick wild thyme.
