Velocity has always been the dog in the pack that’s like a mother figure even to pups and dogs that’s not hers lol. She started with babysitting Blondie and midnight lol. Mother Velocity will get him in line and if not here then Blondie definitely will lol. He’s a nice male that just need some guidance. Thanks for the upload.

I love that you let velocity show him a bit of how to respect both her and you. She knows he's being full of himself and not in a good way. He's a good dog. But he definitely needs to back down, that tail and peeing on everything. She knows what's up. Funny cuz I remember when she was the one needing all the corrections for acting a fool. Having them and you teach him is so good and must expedite the process.

Thank you for breaking down bonding time vs just discipline it doesnt break trust. I have a rottweiler my girl is not scared of me but i do hold her accountable our relationship is great she understands boundaries has great manners. I think our relationship is great because i willing to correct her and still give her no love lost energy. I can discipline her into side submission she will get up and come to me with apologizing, as always love your content you have helped me into balanced leader

Hi Rachel and pack. This is the first video I have watched in a long time (life) I am very happy to see the hyena. She has grown into a wonderful dog. It reminded me of Cashmere correcting Velocity, as a pup. Anyone should be proud to have you train or be the breeder of there baby's . Thank you for the videos and staying true to who you are.. Enjoying these videos, very informative. So excited for the socializing part. I remember when you took Preacher to the parade. And when you would take them to home depot etc. I just don't have the skill of using the choke leash to train it always falls down, and when i yank to correct it has no effect. I have zero talent in the flick of the wrist action.

Zeb is a beautiful Corso and just need firm correction and love! He is going to make a fine companion for the proper owner that knows how to handle him! Sometimes when issues arise in most cases it is the owners fault and not the dog! My sister had a little Lapsa that bit everybody including her but only tried that with me once and I solved the problem then everybody wondered why the dog would lay in my lap and never tried to bite me. It wasnt the dog it was my sister who was a terrible dog owner and would not give the dog the tough love that it needed!

Remembering Oso!

A dog trainer said "people discipline their children more than they do their dogs". And it's to true, we need to teach they right versus wrong, using consequences and rewards but not cruelty. It's that simple but some people can't grasp that concept 🙃

Zeb seems to be doing well today. He just has to learn his place, and Velocity seems like she's willing to help him learn. At one point when he looked up at you he reminded me of Madmortigan and I realized I hadn't seen him in a while. How is the Madman doing?

My 9 month old male cane Corso is the best dog ever except he literally jumps at every single stranger that walks by when we are out walking . I unfortunately didn’t socialize him until he had all his shots after getting him at 10 weeks for fear of him getting sick until fully vaccinated. Now it’s a real problem for my family as he thinks every stranger is a threat .. can u offer any helpful tips .. my wife isn’t able to control him at 110 lbs like I can and I am fearing we may have to rehome him if he doesn’t mellow out .. we also just had him fixed about 3 weeks ago and it seems he’s worse now since his surgery .. please help thanks so much Any advice is appreciated

Lol! That boy looks good though, really nice thickness on him. Wonder how big he is compared to preacher. Great videos. I definitely resonate with that back of the mind thought of what if I can't change that dog... A lot of the time its exactly just giving them the daily life and getting used to an owner handling them. all 5 of my XL extreme american bullies were outsourced and weren't in capable homes beforehand. lots of bad habits and overall sense of doing what they want. After giving them a basic routine and direction they've become adequate dogs to live with. You're not going to change the basic personality or their own desires, but they can learn to listen to what you want from them. I've had a pack of 12 adult XL's out at once with a few rascals at first. But after a few days it was basic harmony just because I was there to hold their actions accountable. Thats really half the battle. I did have a male dog in the past that would not react well to other big males no matter who or what. That was the only boy I couldn't figure out. And what I'm assuming is something similar to intense fear reaction or some sort of neurological break.

I hope everything works out for him I hate when people get a breed because it's "fashionable" and do zero research first that's how you get problems.
