Trekking with WILD Mountain Gorillas!! - Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert x Dayley Life

Last summer, we took a trip to Africa and visited three countries. Rwanda was our final stop and it did not disappoint. We had the most magical opportunity to spend time in the wild with mountain gorillas! We learned all about the very important conservation work that Rwandans are doing, as there are only about 1,000 left, and were able to have a safe and up close experience with these animals.

So incredible!! They are such remarkable creatures and how lucky are you both, that you got to witness them so close and in person?! Most of us will never see them in their habitat, in our lifetime. Thanks for sharing this video with us.

I agree! I was fortunate to have seen these amazing animals in Bwindi Impenetrable forest in Uganda this year. Will never want to see them in a zoo.

Thank you for sharing! You capture absolutely amazing footage of the climb, the volcano, and the gorillas! I was fortunate to climb to see them this year too but watching other's videos is so thrilling. Your commentary is fantastic and love ❤seeing your trip!
