Daylyt is correct It makes you disregard it all as REGULAR PUNCHING. Even IF his punchlines are A++ grade If Rum paired his punches with accurate angling as well as HOW he structures them? He easily can compete with Daylyt & Lux The packaging of the material matters as much as the material itself Especially in modern Battle Rap, where you need to PERFORM THE BAR You guys taking it as him downplaying Rum He’s seeing it as, if Rum did a few other things WHILE punching? He would be damn near unstoppable. And I mean to fans who ARENT the biggest fans of punchlines There’s others tech apart from punchlines. And many of them are DEADLIER than the biggest punchline

daylyt talking about building up to those climaxes, thats why i like rum so much, he doesnt waste time or waste bars doing the buildups, he just throws climax moment after climax moment over and over again, and by the end of the round the opponent is just exhausted, its like he plays the game with infinite stamina and just does his heavy attack moves, skip the combos hit the finishers

I say yes because Nitty spends more time on his set ups than the actual punch... Nittys set ups are hella underrated... some of his sets ups are arguably better than mfs punches. Twork does have a pen but I'm ngl it's been alot of times where it sounds like he rhymes any word to get to the main punch and he's even admitted this before. I would argue that Nitty has slightly less filler than Twork which would give him the edge of having a better pen.

I don't get the big room vs small room. The crowd is either gassing or not feeling/ catching the bars. Doesn't make them hit any less hard; setting don't change the actual bars. The crowd gets in the way of bars and timing of bars. That's about it, right? Like we catch the bars and there less interruptions. I can understand winning or losing the crowd but the bars matter more than gas

Daylyt perfectly explained why I don't really like Rum's style. He pauses extremely often, when his bars aren't even that hard. His bars are creative and witty, but they're not that incredible that you get to pause your flow after every damn bar.
