Sad...this IGN vid quality is below average. Audio is recorded from the in-built camera microphones. I see external ports, but sth went wrong. You should be ashamed of yourself IGN :(

Mr. Anonymous interesting? No. Fun? Maybe. I’d rather play World War Z. It’s cheaper, has coop, and better weapons. This game is relying too heavily on its zambambos. If they made a game where they weren’t the main attraction and were just part of the environment, that’d be cool.

IGN deliberately used a bad audio recording. PlayStation access has the same video with better audio. IGN is willing to do anything to make the game bad

Your behind the scenes recording and you didn't bother bringing a lavaler mic or a handheld mic, not even a shotgun camera mounted mic you brought on board camera audio even a cheap recorder or a phone could do better

Nope! all zombies in that game just stand in one place and do nothing until player run really close to them and even after that they just slowly follow the player. >Dying Light? Nope! Few zombies here and there (sometimes more than few), but nothing you can really call a "horde" >State of Decay? Nooope! >Last of Us? Nooooope! >Walking Dead? Nooooope! Only in cut-scenes! You see the point now? Days Gone is the first single player open world game which will have a " Left for Dead" or "World War Z" type of horde.

Conor McNuggets the amount of enemies in that horde is pretty impressive though, especially in an open world. I do agree though, they shouldn’t have acted like they’re the first to do the horde thing.

Sounds like IGN set up the individual clip-on mics but those mics ended up not being viable, so they had to resort to camera audio.

I’m curious as to where the balance lies between shooting the horde and melee because just shooting it looks like they are really weak as to when it’s melee it takes some time. Also how the amount of ammo you find is realistic, meaning the ammo you have and are able to find in the world is realistic. I also hope they strike that balance of endgame to where stuff in the beginning of the game would be really difficult, and now it’s like butter once you have everything, then it’s really easy and you don’t have that feeling of it not being as dangerous

Only time playing these kind of games is fun for me is playing on the hardest difficulty I always find myself steam rolling enemies real easy on normal mode with these kind of games and it becomes dull I hope this game has a challenging difficulty level I can pick
