I have soooo much home buying advice 😂 But I'm a full-time real estate agent in Wisconsin so that's likely why. Obviously would recommend getting with a trusted and knowledgeable real estate agent to start. They can help navigate you through the process and take a lot of the stress off you. I always tell people that it's still a good time to buy a home if it's something you want and if you can do it! It's a fantastic hedge against inflation and a great investment.
