Underrated band.. And an underrated vocalist not just by talent but how he puts so much into the words he writes. Emotion and power.

My mom before her death 3 months ago battled with cancer, schizophrenia, and other ailments while having an alcoholic father. Your music has unlocked deep rooted feelings and helped me process some of these emotions. I'm so sorry you had to go through such challenges as well. If it's any consolation your music has helped me in very dark times since discovering y'all this year. Thank you so much.

I wasn’t sure why, but I felt so connected to this song after losing my dad to cancer in June. I lost my mom to alcoholism a few years ago and I can completely vibe with all aspects of this song. After hearing your explanation, I know why I felt so connected to this jam. This was written with heart and soul. Thank you ❤️

My God… this song was on repeat from me being 22-24 as an alcoholic in a constant battle. It’s sad to hear his story. Heartwarming to hear him raise awareness through his beautiful vocals. I still battle even though I said I was done, but somehow this song helps me cope drunk or sober. One day.

Thank you, Rory and to the band for sharing your stories of people and events that surround you. As you explained here, it all tragically and beautifully and visa versa comes through in your lyrics, music and performances. One of the thousand things I love about you and collectively with the band. Met you in Toledo several years ago and I will follow you all until the end and beyond. 🥰🎵🎶🎼👏👏🧡

Lisa Vineyard Was Rory a nice guy? He seems like an awesome dude. I’m just curious cos I really want to meet him and the band but don’t know if he’s nice or not. I know he probably is but I’m genuinely curious haha. Thanks and stay safe!

@@patbateman8116 ! Hello! Yes. He is beyond any definition of nice or genuine. He is true to his fans, his craft and artistry. He actually autographed a page of lyrics for me! :) 🥰 I brought in about 6 pages of my favorite lyrics at the time and he offered to autograph them all! Now, who does that? He is very down-to-earth and I really dont see that ever changing. He entrusts us with his life and his feelings and emotions. What a delicate balance when an artist writes and we have our own feelings and our own interpretations as well. I could go on and on!! Thank you for asking, and you stay safe as well! 🙂

Really interesting. However, being a drunk is not a disease. Modern idea that takes the responsibility away from the person.
