Installing a big bore kit on one of my buddies 2020 Thumpstar tsr190, and getting it dialed in to be ready to race! Install went super smooth all parts come with the 212 kit and its all bolt on an go.

Very good video, thanks for that, I wanted to ask you about the engine, is that engine good for daily use or is it an engine that requires frequent maintenance? How often do they maintain it, I want to adapt it to my motorcycle that I use daily but I would like to know about maintenance

Mate, sorry to bother you again, just wanted to ask if I big bore my 190 to a 212 is it going to be reliable because they say it’s for race purposes and I’m honestly confused and don’t want to make a mistake. How’s this 212cc going these days? Any breaks problems?

I’ve been beating the hell outta mine and haven’t had and reliability issues, just keep up on oil changes and make sure your valves are adjusted to spec frequently and you’ll never have problems
