i thing it would look cool if you could tell which desease you can catch based of zombies, frostbite - zombies without legs or arms, some poison in soil - zobmies look more rotten and so on

It is, but they've also made comments about studying frostbite in depth, and given they're trying to copy many Namalsk features and it's a cold map, it just wouldn't make sense to not have it in.
