Veteran DayZ player here, just came across your channel and have been watching your beginner's guides. Very informative and well done! I've had the same results with Unknown food through my own "experience testing." Eat about 25-30% at a time and you never get sick!

Great video! I love how this series revolves around what a good player thinks about when doing basic things in game. I like how some things are common to some players that might not be apparent to new players. I also like how you emphasize that you know your pathing to get good gear. Seeing someone get off the beach and in an hour and 15 minutes get good equipment shows new players the importance of map knowledge. These videos are great for new players, even if they are kinda long.

Really, the zombies in the game do appear to be quite well done. How they see you from a distance and if they loose you they come running round the back of the building. Pretty good A.I I think

I've just had the 2 most successful runs on Dayz yet. first one I starved to death after making it 2 hours. most recently I found a bunch of medical gear (being a noob I didn't know what any of it did or how to use it), when I got mauled to an inch within death. between blacking out from bloodloss I managed to use an IV kit & Saline bag to cheat death. funnily enough I was dressed in full paramedic gear. 20 minutes later I am now dressed in full police gear while being armed to the teeth. Not dead yet. Turns out I took the same route, guess I'll have to check the castle

I have mistakenly given fresh spawns amazing starts by not being aware of my surroundings. Act as if they have spotted you and are trying to shoot you through a window.

You can repair hand wraps to prestine, and i dont think there any proof different knives give a different yeild cutting an animal, just that a sloppy kill will yeild less on a larger game.

Great content for new players, and also gave me (1.1k hour noob) some new perspectives how to approach certain situations. You should make comparison video on intenz wipe, so people see how much harder servers there are if "normal ones" feels too easy. Btw: The steak knife was on your assault boots ;)

I have a bit of the game but never looked up videos, but as I watched this video I was very intrigued by your videos so I am watching your playlist and I am going to save my money to play this game and get some of my friends to play. Me and my friends love to give each other hypothetical questions based on real-life situations if the world were in a Walker outbreak, what I mean by Walker is a zombie because I watched The Walking Dead, and I took a lot of advice from the show and the last of us, and I prefer to call zombies Walkers. But I am enjoying your videos as I am writing this I am watching episode 2 of your walk-through for beginners.
