one thing to note that is that almost every named character in this anime is named after a writer. Their abilities are named after one of their works. For example Osamu Dazi is a japense author from the early to mid 1900s. One of his most famous works is called "No longer human" , a book about a young man who is caught between the breakup of the traditions of a northern Japanese aristocratic family and the impact of Western ideas. Also i don't know about the sub, but the dub actor of Dazai is the same voice actor for the dub of Gojo: Kaiji Tang.

Actually it's because Dazai and Gojo are both Entp Same for Vanitas (Vanitas no Carte) and Yato (Noragami). They're sharing the same braincell for me xD

Started the show? With season 4 announced a while back? Great timing. This anime blew me away when I watched it. A pretty unique story and power system, amazing fight scenes with an incredible cast of characters based on real life writers from around the globe. You're gonna love it

Both give off heavy urahara vibes. I actually think Gege based Gojo off urahara especially considering Gege is a bleach fanboy and JjK was heavily inspired from bleach. A lot of Dazai's mannerisms is obviously based on the original author Osamu Dazai but he is very similar to urahara too. All 3 are goats so we move 🔥😌

I don't know if anyone have told you yet but most of the characters name, their characterization, and the abilities name are based on real writers in japan, their history, and their books, poem, or other creation. For example dazai osamu committed suicide in real life and 'no longer human' is the title of one of his most famous books.
