@oksanavodka5099 He used to have evenings, where you would buy a ticket and it was from 8 till 2 in the morning. He would provide equipment and a great food spread. You just go around his house or go into one room with a psychic. It's scary but great fun! David is a wonderful host.

Wow! Wish I had been in this adventure! The ghost house was amazing, not only concerning paranormal activity, but the memorabilia-John Lennon, The Doors, and heavy-weight boxing. The autographed boxing gloves were awesome. The room dedicated to the great Jack Johnson was incredible! Kudos to Jordan, Scott, and David Oman! 🦁🦁🦁

Sounds like something from a movie, I was killed by being given an overdose of pain meds while in the hospital back in 2013, Luckily after some time, They did manage to bring me back. What I had experienced, I am not sure many people would believe. I would like to see for myself if what the owner is claiming does happen. Don't think that will ever happen lol. I was not expecting him to invite everyone in for a tour. Very kind of him. Thank's for the incredible video Jordan,

Great episode. I went to the Cal Neva Resort years ago on Christmas eve. they had an underground tour. Monroe was there 5 days before she was found dead in her home in LA. We went below with another couple, and I wanted to take a picture of where Ava Gardner wrote her name in the wet foundation cement, but suddenly my camera wouldn't work. The other couple said there's didn't work either. When we went back up to the Indian Room, our cameras worked fine.

I just saw your vlog in which you showed the “jaws” house. You said it was built by Frank Lloyd Wright. I just wanted to let you know that it was built by his son Lloyd Wright. I just admire the filming that you do on the vlogs because you research the history. I have watched other vlogs (some by tour companies), and they say the most uninformed comments. You have so much more knowledge about the history of Hollywood. Great job! I just subscribed. God Bless you Jordan.

This is the absolute best! I've been into the paranormal all my life. I've seen this house on tv many times. David Oman has got to be the coolest person ever! So down to earth. I was 10 when the Tate murders happened. My sister in law was pregnant with my niece & I think had almost the same due date. People were so freaked out about it. I read the book Helter Skelter & saw the movie. I've been watching all the docs concerning the murders & Charlie & the Family. What a horrible time in our history. Thanks for this vlog & if you see David Oman again, give him my best regards. I know what he's dealing with. I own 3 haunted houses.

When my husband and I bought our house in 1999, we remodeled. Then we rented out the upstairs. The night before they were to move in, I was home alone, I heard steps upstairs. When my husband got home, I asked if he had seen one of the guys and gave him a key. No, I didn't, says he. He goes up to see if someone was up there. He comes down says I'm hearing things, no one's up there. An hour later, the footsteps reoccur. He comes running out of the bedroom, I say we're hearing things. He goes up to see if somebody's up, there isn't. He comes back down, completely mystified.

Yeah, electro magnetic energy is what spirits use to manifest. Energy is often sucked from batteries and the like. They can take energy from people too. Not all spirits are agreeable though, some mean you harm and will make you ill and manipulate emotions to the point there is a completely different personality

I’m not a paranormal buff but when I visited this house a vase of flowers fell off an aquarium cabinet fell to the floor and shattered when no one was near it

Very interesting vlog Jordan. I believe I've seen this man before, I just thought it was the same lot where a new house was rebuilt but I guess I was mistaken. I've done 1 paranormal investigation before. As the person who was leading it discussed what we may experience ( and he said many investigations are uneventful) my entire body was hot and sweaty except for my left arm which was ice cold. This was also a case where the building was relatively new, the energy is residual and not tied to a particular building. The spot had served as a morgue in the past when the Spanish influenza swept thru my region and hundreds of bodies were stored around town until they could be buried.
