I am so in love with these!! I had that same idea of using the chopping mat for a lamp of sorts but never tried to make one and now after seeing the end results I will try making my own. Fabulous 💞

They make great lamp shades too, and if you sand the inside it makes them look like frosted glass and softens the light.
