The mechanic of this was quite good I say for what it was for basically, it was to bring up the fatigue of your opponent to way high so you can do your ultimate move and have them less likely to dodge it with no fatigue and it looked awesome

I feel like people who complain about the Dragon Rush odds mechanic never really learned how to play. If it was a guaranteed sucess everytime the game would have been too easy. A prime example is goku: Lets say you MAXED out Goku to level 99. Equip him with Breakthrough skill. So now Goku has all transformations and all of his attacks literally do double damage. So, in a fight go ssj4. When the opponent fatigues (either by hper mode or you playing well) go into hyper mode. Do 2 Dragon fist cancels combos (again...assuming people can cancel combo) into a 10x kamehameha combo. At this stage you will have taken down nearly 3 lifebars. Once the combo hits, go into dragon rush. If you get all the way to the end you will perform the warp kamehameha. The entire combo from start to finish will kill any character in the game even if they have maxed out health. This is why the chances are so slim.

You missed a few. Some characters have more than just 1 or 2 dragon rush attacks.

For Cell Jr. play as Lvl 20-40 character and fight Lvl 66-70 characters until Piccolo breaks in. (If your fighting with Piccolo Super Buu will break in instead) For Saibamen play as a Lvl 10-20 character and fight Lvl 30-40 and wait for Nappa to break in. The breakins are random so just keep fighting the easiest person (If your lucky Videl or Hercule) you get inside the level range until it happens.

For unlocking Cell Jr, do you just need to keep fighting people from 66-70 in dragon arena? and for Saibamen is it 31 to 35? How many games did you need to play before they appeared?

what i don't like about some of these is, when they are kicked to the ground, hitting the ground does no damage.. it should do 20% of the damage of the last hit.

You should have just shown the characters with unique Dragon Burst attacks since 90% of them are the same. :P

Aura burst even annoys me more, they don't even fatigue after it + they can use unlimited ammounts of Ki and can anti-TC with even less than 3 Ki. But this is really annoying too.

The chance to win dragon rush to your finisher is so unlikely that why would i not just get the super thats just the super

My favorite ones is the one with the drop elbow, kick with fingerbeams, and the other one is the physical kick attacks. Least favorite is the punch and energy charge finsh.

Also the animation wasn't technically the same their were some variations. It would be good if they made Budokai 3 for PS3, but with all the characters from DB Heroes, and with each character having 2-3 unique rush attacks.

There needs to be an option to turn dragon rush off. Put in a patch or something.
