I remember when they announced this anime in Japan, looked like no other anime I've ever seen. I was there to cry for Vegeta dying, to laugh at all of Goku's shenanigans, to be in awe when Gohan defeated Cell. This was my childhood and I'll never forget this show. DBZ forever.

I used to watch this AMV, much like all of you, time after time as a kid. My older brother showed it to me. I haven’t thought of it much in the years since. It was the first AMV I watched, it holds some of my deepest emotions now, as my Brother passed away unexpectedly on Monday. I came back to relive the simpler time, sitting infront of a big dell desktop, iPod minis might have just started coming out, my brother and I playing Tibia and arguing over turn lengths, his band mates from high school coming over for practice. I was the biggest nuisance. I turned on the radio the next morning after he passed away, In the end was just starting to play, and I was trying to be okay. I just started bawling. Screaming. I tried to change what I was listening to. In the car was a CD I didn’t know was in the car when we bought it. And it was a fall out boy CD. Sugar we’re going down was track four, but for some reason, it started on track four, on the song he had introduced me to. I don’t know what I believe, but O know he stuck around long enough to give me a hug, and share some memories with me . And I came back to this today to remember my brother who was taken too soon. I love you brother. I always will.
