This is Mugen, most of these characters have been made/edited/pulled from different games and creators, so there's definitely not a single person/team behind it! But it is amazing! If you can learn how Mugen works, you can build your dream anime/superhero fighting roster! It's awesome.

@@splinter4161yea but it’s hard to make a good Mugen game because due to all the op characters you will either 1. Have to make your own character and that’s pretty hard 2. Get the characters and test them out to make sure that they ain’t op But if you wanna make a boring one than those get thrown out the window. Or if it’s a virus.
