Жыл бұрынDC Esk8 has an amazing group of PEV enthusiasts and man they had an amazing turn out! It was fantastic to get to see our nations capital and all of the monuments in a different way! I highly recommend coming to the DC take overs! Thanks again to Chris and Cuban for putting on an amazing group ride!

The ride out to the middle to show the Capital building was sicc. Man I can’t believe eskaters are still riding without helmets 😬. No judgement, just seen too much in my line of work. I think I’m going to do a vid to show trauma pathophysiology from a Radiology POV. Awesome vid. Wish I could have joined.

I did have a question though like when you went to Vegas. how did you get your board there if we can only take a limited battery 🔋 on the plane is what I keep hearing. I want to make it to Vegas next year for esk8 con but that's been my biggest concern.

we all shipped our boards, you can ship them to a UPS pick up location or if you're staying at a hotel they will also accept packages and store them for you till you arrive at the hotel!

So wish I’d made it out but one of my local breweries was have a closing it’s doors so I had to stop by and enjoy some fresh brews on their final day at that location. They don’t know yet if they will be able to open back up at a new location.

I could feel the"Good Vibe" of the whole ride even I wasn't there🤘🤘🤘 BTW, did u need to get a permit from local authority in advance for a group ride with this size in DC?

Thanks so much for the comment! I didn’t organize the group ride but typically no, in city situations like this the local government really doesn’t bother you unless you’re causing problems. I know in my city when I put on group rides I don’t get permission.

Man, I would not want to be around that dude with no helmet and no pads. I don’t need to have the traumatic memory of seeing what happens s if something goes wrong. I know plenty of group rides in big cities require helmets. Not there I guess?

Agree, a lot of people weren’t wearing helmets, can’t control everyone their bodies I suppose.
