I could imagine the other spare hand for Wonder Woman to give the action of lending a hand while giving a inspirational message about peace and gets someone back up on their feet

Could have been doing with WW’s Cape thing she's had since the start of Rebirth. Also a grippy hand for a sword/shield.

I appreciate you doing different things to break up the monotony of toy reviews, especially with the articulation segments. I understand it's essential for toy reviews but after seeing so many videos from other collectors it gets repetitive and you can often tell how they move just by looking at the sculpt.

That Cheetah figure is awesome, they will probably make an another one for next summer based on the live action Cheetah....not an easy character to do in a movie!?!

Candace Dugan Absolutely. I actually recorded that little piece twice and changed the reference to a more North American dialect because I didn’t know how accessible the word “naught” would be to a wide audience. You’re definitely correct though. Glad to talk to another Ashens fan.

Here's what I do for Wondy's lasso: just buy a spool of that sparkly gold string. Then I have a soft, playable rope, I can make it as long as I want, and I don't have to worry about damaging or losing it! Plus it reminds me of the Super Powers figure!

Great video as always Brad! I've been really excited about the Cheetah figure but decided to hold off until I saw if she had the amazing Batgirl foot articulation or not. Thanks for being really thorough, I'm definitely picking her up!

I really love that new Wonder Woman figure, her face is so beautiful like a goddess. And Cheetah needs to keep her claws to herself, because she scares me. I do want to buy those both figures and do a review on them, I'm sure Wonder Woman won't be the same problem.

domcariddi They both are great figures and I’m sure you’ll love them. Honestly though just be ginger with her ankles so that they stay as tight as they can because they get loose pretty quick.

If you really want to, you can change those ankles for revoltech joints they work better and they come in various sizes

Great review. Thankfully I don't have any problem with my Wonder Woman. She stands fine and hasn't fallen over at all. She also doesn't have the black paint on the forehead. Maybe I should knock on wood because I definitely have the falling over problem with my Superman figure. I ended up putting him in a fight stand because of it.

Oh thank you for making this video. These two action figures are so Beautiful and high quality. Now I know ehst to go for, "DC Essentials" 👏🏻😍❤💕❤💕 The hair on WW is an easy fix, and so are her boots. Really her face is the most Beautiful ever done for Wonder Woman

I have both of them and I love them both. Especially wonderwoman. Wish she had a grabbing hand for a sword but it's cool. This is the best two figures if come across in a long time. I can stand my w woman pretty well. I think she's perfect. I use stands with both and my w woman paint as close to perfect as a mass produced figure can be. I love them sooo much. Do anyone know of any hands that could fit with wonder woman?? Great review.

DC Figures always have some QC issue. I collect those figures but do not recommend them

Maybe its supposed to be a flight hand? Idk. At the least we should have gotten a lasso and at the most, a lasso , a shield, a sword, and the appropriate hands

Ryder Goodrich I agree it’s definitely a flight hand. I was just disappointed they decided to include that rather than a sword or something.

Isn't it coz the wonder woman's been waiting to come out since the line was announced so has older ankle articulation and cheetah and Supergirl are newer so newer articulation

So while I agree with the ankle articulation being an issue I feel like the fact that she has heels and small feet has more to do with her having difficulties standing up straight. I just don’t think it was a fair comparison but as always great review Brad!

I like these, and am glad Cheetah looks so dang good. I've come to be a big fan of her, so I might just eat the fact it's going to probably be. Diana looks good and all, but her tiny feet and bad ankles make it a pass for me. Fortunately, I can only assume being part of the Trinity and having a movie in 2020 means Todd McFarlane will give us a Wonder Woman I can grab instead next year.

actually, you know what? I'll buy this Cheetah. She'll be my first Essentials, just since she actually doesn't look too wildly tall compared to the Multiverse figures from the looks of things, and the long-ish arms kinda don't look bad on a clawed beastwoman, anyhow, you know? if anything, it fits.

Justice League members look nice when standing together.. but i think all heroes are classic looking (classic Batman is coming) except Wonder Woman is in modern outfit.. a bit inconsistent to me..

Even I agree with the ankle pivot, marvel legends are easier to pose than essentials which needs flight stands🤦🏻‍♂️

B’wana Beast Superman, Action, Batman, Detective, JL, JL Dark, JL Odyssey, Supergirl, Young Justice, Doomsday Clock, All the Black Label series, Shazam, Green Lantern, Super Sons, Batman Who Laughs, Leviathan, and DCeased. I think that’s all of them.

THERE is nothing wrong with Wonder woman's ankles .all anyone has to do is LOOK CLOSELY WHERE THE BALL JOINT IS . BETWEEN THE LEGS AND ANKLE . YOU CAN REPOSITION THEM... THEN SHE WILL STAND .AND ALWAYS HAVE PATIENCE WITH AN ACTION FIGURE .TO GET IT RIGHT . I have her and supergirl they look glamorous.

I'm not sure if it's just the lighting, but it looks like your Cheetah may have QC issues: she looks like she's missing an application of paint on her body. In other reviews I've looked at, the lighter tone on her face is similar to the tone on the front of her body, but in your review her body looks much darker than her face. May just be a trick of the light though They look like decent figures, but the lack of accessories is really killing me. I would have loved to have seen alternate hands for cheetah

Besides the ankles, paint, and lack of accessories, do the proportions bother you at all? To me, WW looks leggy (and that's kind of the essentials style), but from the waist up WW just looks too small overall compared to the lower half.

I really wish the essentials were casted in flesh color plastic rather than painted on skin. Especially for the face, it makes the face details get lost.

These figures are. Way over priced for what you get. You don't get any accessories what so ever. The cheetah figure looks great but I just can't support their price point for what we are getting.

Peter Tennant Yes. I missed it because they never do. They aren’t very useful because the holes are really small. They can’t fit in any action figure stand.
