ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

Fantastic sculpt. I love the detail on the face. MacFarland are doing such a great job of creating a uniform standard for their DC figures.

Good review, but I was a little surprised about the lack of Flash in the height comparison and pics at the end; seeing as the story this Batman comes from is literally called FLASHpoint

One thing that really bothers me is when batman ears are rounded on the top, the first Batman Mcfarlane did had that but thankfuly they've improved upon that. How cool would be te get a Flashpoint Joker too later?

I guess the unmasked headsculpt and sword is in a chase variant? If so, I might eventually get both figures. Definitely glad McFarlane released this though, great design. Edit: 2:56 Oh, alright then, so basically it's a chase variant, sounds good to me!

Man I'd love a Batman with Flashpoint's cape. The Year-2 Batman just doesn't cut it for me because of all the stuff he's carrying on his back. So definitely hoping a more traditional Batman instead of....Batman carrying 100 pounds of gear.

I'm sure this has been touched on already, but Martha did not die. Only Bruce did. Martha went completely insane and became the joker, which in that universe was basically a female version of the Heath ledger Joker from the dark knight. Which is actually who they sort of teased that she was before they revealed it was a her and that it was martha. this is the reason why she's the only villain Thomas Wayne's Batman won't kill in that version of gotham, considering he shoots everyone else in the face the second he captures them.

Best batman head, like the guns, picked it up, passed on alot, but hands down best head. Quality control needed, left leg fell off opening package, but the look of this one a keeper. M.F Mortal Kombat stuff has the best details compared to D.C stuff. Still not crazy about rubber capes and the joint knee pins and terrible spacing of ankle joints.

It’s probably been said 100 times in the comments already, but in case it hasn’t: Martha Wayne ends up becoming The Joker in the Flashpoint Universe. There’s a decent 3 issue tie-in with Flashpoint that explains it more. Thomas wants Martha’s permission to help Flash change reality. If you’re a fan of the Thomas Wayne Batman, then I’d recommend it. It’s written by Brian Azzarello. Thomas Wayne also appears in the Tom King Batman run, which I personally thought was terrible, but your mileage may vary. So, my reading recommendations for Thomas Wayne Batman is: Flashpoint The World of Flashpoint ft Batman And Tom King’s Rebirth Batman run

This is a great looking Batman figure just so impressive and a must have if I can find it. I tried to preorder it on target when it was available but the shipping cost didn't make it worth while for me so I'll eventually will buy it when they are made available in stores. I heard they will be available for sale in other stores... Hope that's true?

its a 20 dollar fig. if you want a lot of accessories and removable gear just get a Mezco fig for 80-100 bucks. for 20 these are bargains.

The accessories aren’t why Mezco figures are pricey it’s the cloth material so your reasoning is invalid. There is no excuse for a gun nowadays to not be removable not the mention the half sheath. If you alright with it that’s good for you but I’m not.

@@cmbrock1 its a 20 dollar fig. if you got problems with that line at that price, I don't know what to say but beggers cant be choosers. just buy Hot Toys or Mezco if you want lots of accessories to play with. My SH figs are like 90 bucks and the Deadshot cannot remove his pistol or knife!

It stuns me how many reviewers get that wrong. Also, I'd bet money there's a waist ball too, since that's a standard POA for this line. Some are tough to get moving, but they almost all have it.

In the movie flashpoint Martha doesn’t die she goes on to become that universe joker after the death of Bruce. I don’t know how it goes in the comics, but flashpoint is my favorite dc animated movie. Last one of the best continuity as well.

It’s been a while since I’ve read it but yeah she becomes the Joker. Thomas reconciles with her one final time before joining Flash, telling her that there is a chance that Bruce will survive with them dying but that Bruce will turn out just like them.

His proportions feel off. Either his head is to stumpy and he has to small a neck which makes his shoulders look shrunken or his legs are way to long. I can't tell but his proportions are just off and weird. Actually it's both. His legs are way to long compared to his upper body. Like way to long.

God, no one brings up how mcfarlane never really re uses anything. but it doesn't have articulation that makes him look like a todd mcfarlane monstrosity so he sucks, just for people to get a mafex TDKR batman and have him ast down. yes, I'm not naming who took the picture but it made me laugh.

@@DesignIncase yeah, but it's accurate. i feel like that first batman really soured their reputation, i hope people realise that these figures are great, but they don't have mafex like articulation so they suck of course. there's some people in this community i hate for their pickiness about articulation. especially in some photos they take, they make me laugh honestly
